Our Mission
is to raise funds and foster community support for those among us with serious
mental health challenges and intellectual disabilities.
Our Purpose
MHMR Visions, the foundation for Mental Health Mental Retardation of Tarrant
County, helps people realize their dreams and potential by mobilizing community
resources and volunteers.

Roy and Nancy Rimmer will be honored as the 2013 Opening Doors Leaders for their work on behalf of people with intellectual disabilities
and their support for services that help homeless veterans reintegrate back into society.
